Subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. However, refunds may be issued for any remaining unused credits in accordance with our policy. Refunds for eligible credits will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval. The credited amount will be transferred to your original payment method or bank account, depending on our bank processing times. Delays may occur due to bank holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of an active subscription, but any unused credits at the time of cancellation may be eligible for a refund as per our policy.
